Cellar Collective Blue Stocking Rose CC

Not your average rosé, and definitely not here to be cute. Blue Stocking is a thinking person’s pink — elegant but defiant, like reading Virginia Woolf in a leather jacket. Made from Grenache Noir and Cinsault grown in dry-farmed vineyards, it pours a pale, cerebral blush. Flavours of white cherry, salted watermelon, wild herbs and a subtle herbal bitterness give it backbone. It’s refreshingly dry, with just enough grip to keep your attention.

Winemaking note: Grapes were picked early for acidity, then whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented in old oak — no filtering, no tricks. A minimalist’s rosé with a lot to say.
