Cellar Collective My Ex's Tears Pinot Noir

Smooth-talking and slightly bitter — like your ex who still sends you “thinking of you” texts at 2AM. This Pinot is delicate but moody: red cherry, dried cranberry, rooibos, a flicker of forest floor, and that classic Tulbagh earthiness humming underneath. It’s elegant with edge, light in colour but not in substance. Decant it if you must, or drink it straight from the bottle while blocking someone on Instagram.

Winemaking note: 100% Pinot Noir from shale and clay soils in Tulbagh. Wild fermented, 10 days skin contact, gentle punch-downs. Aged 9 months in old oak. Bottled unfiltered to preserve the drama.
