Winemaking note: The wine spends a full 30 months on the lees, which brings richness and fine texture — think creamy mouthfeel without sacrificing vibrance. It’s disgorged without dosage, making it Brut Nature: no sugar, no disguise, just Syrah in a sequin dress.
