Lost Boy Cinsaut
Bright, bouncy, and slightly unruly — this Cinsaut is like a house party that started with kombucha and ended with crowd-surfing. Made using carbonic maceration, it bursts with cherry bubblegum, raspberry fizz, rosehip, and a hint of cola spice. Light-bodied but electric, it’s dangerously drinkable and almost impossible not to finish in one sitting. Chill it down, serve with a smirk, and don’t overthink it.
Winemaking note: 100% Cinsaut, whole-bunch carbonic maceration for 10 days, pressed and finished dry in stainless steel. No oak. Bottled young, bright, and full of mischief.
